2 Things That Do not increase Your Whitesboro TX home Value 

 

Its that time of year when as a Whitesboro home owner the thought of getting your home ready to sell is on your mind.

If you really want a pool and know you will truly enjoy it than go for it get the pool of your dreams. But with doing so realize that it will not bring the value of your home up by much if any at all.

2. LANDSCAPING that is very extensive can cost a fair amount and to personalize it with high end plants may not give you the bang for your buck . Now with that said a home with good drive up appeal means oh so much. So there is a happy medium with the landscaping.
