Have you been finding the need to just get out and away from the hustle and bustle of the city life? 

With the thought in mind, why not take the step you know you deserve and get the land that allows for the peace and atmosphere you deserve.

Taking a walk with your favorite fur baby and the entire gang can bring the calm from within that you know you are looking for. 

Take a minute to enjoy the video we put together on Easter Sunday as we enjoyed an amazing day on our very own Back 40 parcel of ground. 

You can hear the birds singing, the stream was flowing definitely something we will cherish forever. 

The exercise was great and the atmosphere was something that has created smiles for me and my pup Casey. 

Laura and Casey As you consider finding the parcel of ground that would bring the peace you are looking for, the amount of ground you think about can make a difference. 

Most counties in our area require that there be at least 11 acres of ground to maintain the agricultural exemption that allows for reduced taxation. 

Please note each area is different and the research of how many acres is needed is what we can help you with. 

As well as does the ground have the exemption right now? 

If it does not have the exemption it could take from 5 to 7 years to get the taxation reduced. 

Having the knowledge of what the exemption can do for you and what will need to be done to maintain this.
