" To Whom It May Concern: The broker and real estate sales agent at the Whitesboro, TX office, Laura Filip is the real deal. With in a two hours after I called her she called me with the info that I needed. Later that day she ask me to meet her at the home that I made a offer on that day. With in a short time she made a contract between me and the seller. Over the next fifty days Laura opened her office to help the loan officer and me to do the paper work and that saved me at least three trips to Dallas. Laura also opened her office to me and the closing officer for the signing of closing docs. After the loan closed and over the last three weeks I have ask Laura to help me find a auto mechanic, and an electrician, and where to buy good quality food and I know she was happy to help and was always smiling.
